1. General Provisions
Our Bonus & Cashback Program rewards genuine trading activity with transparent and flexible benefits designed for long-term traders.
1.1. The Bonus & Cashback Program is offered exclusively by SF Capital and aims to reward clients for their verified trading activity.
1.2. Participation in this program constitutes full acceptance of the terms and conditions described herein.
1.3. SF Capital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.
1.4. This program applies exclusively to direct clients and is not available for accounts introduced under IB or CPA programs.
2. Bonus Structure
The SF Capital Bonus Program consists of two reward stages:
- First Deposit Bonus – one-time incentive for new clients.
- Reward Path Selection – clients choose either the Loyalty Path or the Cashback Path for ongoing rewards.
2.1 First Deposit Bonus – 100% up to $500
- Granted once, on the client’s first successful deposit.
- Bonus equals the deposited amount, up to a maximum of $500.
- Credited as non-withdrawable trading credit to enhance margin and trading capacity.
- Profits generated using this bonus become withdrawable once the client has traded a minimum of 1 standard lot per $100 bonus received (e.g., 5 lots for a $500 bonus).
- Early withdrawals before the required volume may trigger proportional bonus removal.
- Only one First Deposit Bonus per verified identity / IP / device.
- Clients receiving the 100% First Deposit Bonus must maintain an active trading account for at least 5 consecutive days before becoming eligible to withdraw bonus-related profits.
- If a client’s first deposit exceeds 500 USD, only the first 500 USD will be eligible for the 100% First Deposit Bonus, while any remaining amount will be treated under the Loyalty Path and credited at the 20% bonus rate.
- When multiple bonuses are active, unlocking is calculated proportionally based on the remaining bonus balance of each promotion. Withdrawals reduce bonus balances in the following order: (1) 100% First Deposit Bonus, then (2) 20% Loyalty Bonus.
2.2 Reward Path Selection
Upon opening a trading account, each client may select one of the following ongoing reward models:
Option A – Loyalty Path (Credit-Based)
- Fixed 20% bonus on every new deposit made within the first 90 days from the initial deposit date.
- Credited as non-withdrawable trading credit.
- Profits become withdrawable once the client has traded 1 standard lot per $20 bonus.
- The maximum cumulative Loyalty Bonus per client is USD 5,000.
- Once this cap is reached, no further Loyalty Bonuses will be credited to that client. The client will then be eligible to participate in the Cashback Path.
- SF Capital reserves the right to suspend or terminate Loyalty Bonus accrual for any client demonstrating unusual or potentially abusive activity (including but not limited to frequent deposit/withdrawal cycles, rapid in/out flows, or evidence of bonus arbitrage).
- After 90 days, the Loyalty Path automatically expires, and the account becomes eligible for the Cashback Program.
Option B – Cashback Path (Volume-Based)
- Active immediately upon selection.
- Paid as real, withdrawable cash based on total monthly trading volume.
- Cashback structure:
| Monthly Trading Volume | Cashback per Lot (USD) |
| 0 – 50 lots | $2.00 |
| 51 – 200 lots | $3.00 |
| 201 + lots | $4.00 |
- Cashback is calculated on completed lots and processed within 3 business days once the monthly volume is verified.
- Eligibility: Cashback is available only to clients who are not registered under any Introducing Broker (IB) or CPA program.
- SF Capital reserves the right to review unusually high volumes to ensure compliance and prevent bonus abuse.
Additional Rules
- Clients cannot participate in both reward types simultaneously.
- SF Capital may, at its discretion, allow a one-time switch between the Loyalty and Cashback paths within the first 30 days of account activation.
- Bonus and cashback programs may not be combined with other company promotions unless explicitly stated.
- Eligible trading Volume: Eligible volume includes closed trades on Forex majors, metals, indices, and energies. Trades closed in under 120 seconds or hedged between related accounts are excluded.
