1. Introduction

SF Capital offers a transparent and performance-based partnership model for Introducing Brokers (IBs) and Introducing Partners (IPs).
This program provides flexible commission options that reward both client acquisition and trading volume performance.

Clients referred under an IB are not eligible for company bonuses or cashback programs.
IB partners earn direct commissions based on client trading activity, with automatic monthly payouts.

2. Commission Structure

A. CPA Bonus for New Clients

• 50 USD per qualified client, paid once the client:
  
  • Deposits at least 500 USD, and
  • Trades a minimum of 5 standard lots within 30 days.
• Designed to reward client onboarding and acquisition efforts.
• CPA commissions are processed within 3 business days after verifying qualified clients.
• IBs maintaining consistent activity for 3 consecutive months (minimum 5 qualified clients or 500 lots per month) become eligible for a 10% CPA bonus on new clients in the following month.

B. Volume-Based Commission (Sub-IB Level)

• Calculated on total closed lots traded by referred clients during each calendar month.
• Payouts are made automatically within 5 business days following month-end.
• Applies to Forex, Metals, Indices, and Energies.

C. Master IB Override Commission

For IBs managing Sub-IB networks or exceeding 1,000 lots per month, SF Capital may assign Master IB status with additional override benefits.

Key Rules:

• The total combined payout (Sub + Master) cannot exceed the tier maximum of 10 USD per lot.
• Overrides are deducted from within the existing commission tier, ensuring a single-source payout (no duplication).

3. Payment & Compliance Rules

• Commissions are credited monthly in USD or in the trading account currency.
• SF Capital may withhold or adjust commissions if:
  
  • Artificial volume, hedging between linked accounts, or manipulation is detected.
  • The IB structure conflicts with SF Capital’s active promotion policies.
• IBs cannot receive both CPA and per-lot commissions for the same client.
• Detailed monthly performance and commission reports are available through the Partner Portal.
